The Perez family grows coffee at Finca La Senda in the Acatenango region and we're excited to share the results of their hard work and expertise. A Caturra varietal, this coffee's complex flavor profile and creamy mouthfeel are a result of anaerobic fermentation. Whole coffee cherries are sorted, washed and sealed to ferment without oxygen.

This creates an environment where the bad stuff stays out and the good stuff multiplies. La Senda means The Path and we're excited for you to join us as we begin walking it together toward a longer partnership with the Perez family.
