No honey was used or harmed in the making of this coffee. Honey refers to the processing method of the coffee cherries after harvesting. The skin is removed and the pulp is left on, resulting in a sticky but delicious mess. Dried to a golden brown, the coffee takes on a complex flavor profile and creamy body resulting in deliciousness. The gold standard is gone, but this coffee can stabilize your daily cup.
