Glimmer is a washed Gesha varietal grown and processed by Edgar Hernandez in the famous coffee region of Huehuetenango. Gesha coffees have developed an almost mythical reputation and quite frankly, some of that is just marketing hype. However, this coffee delivers on the promise. Think of Christmas tree tinsel in a breeze and you'll catch a glimmer of what we feel when we drink this coffee. Glancing blows of floral fragrance on the nose, a sweet herbal undertoneand passionfruit sweetness combine to make Glimmer really shine.
